As a Field Logistics and Distribution Agent, you will play a key role in the delivery and distribution of parts across Quebec. A service vehicle is provided to facilitate your travel. You will act as the link between the depots and field teams, directly contributing to operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Logistics Supervisor, your duties will include:

Managing and organizing parts and supply inventories according to established service team standards.

Entering and updating data in the IFS system to ensure inventory accuracy.

Preparing, delivering, and unloading parts for field interventions or at depot locations across Quebec.

Verifying the quality and compliance of parts during preparation and delivery.

Optimizing logistical flows to reduce delays and costs.

Maintaining storage areas organized and accessible for efficient inventory management.

Participating in related activities such as receiving, shipping, cycle counting, and product inspection.

Ensuring a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety standards.

Your profile

Profile

High school diploma minimum, with 1–2 years of relevant experience in logistics, delivery, or material handling, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Experience with an ERP system (IFS or similar) is an asset.

Valid driver’s license (Class 5 or G).

Ability to lift and handle loads up to 30 kg (50 lb).

Fluent in French with functional English for internal and client communications.
