Mission
• Designing, developing, and optimizing ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Synapse Analytics, Microsoft Fabric, and Data Factory.
• Structuring and documenting data architectures (Data Lake, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse).
• Automating ingestion and transformation from multiple internal and external sources.
• Ensuring data quality, security, and governance (monitoring, compliance, lineage).
• Partnering with BI, Data Science, DevOps, and business teams to deliver high-impact analytics.
• Building advanced Power BI dashboards and automated reporting.
• Driving tech watch and proposing innovative, business-aligned solutions.
• Supporting the integration of AI and predictive analytics into the data roadmap.
Your profile
You’re a curious, structured, solution-driven data professional who enjoys bridging technical and business needs.
What we’re looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science (or equivalent).
• Proven experience building ETL/ELT pipelines on Azure Synapse or Microsoft Fabric.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, Python, and DAX (asset).
• Familiarity with Spark, Databricks, and Data Lake/Lakehouse environments.
• Experience with automation, CI/CD, and Git.
• Strong understanding of data governance and security.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Fully bilingual (French and English).
• Strong interest in AI/ML tools (Azure ML, Fabric AI, or Python experience is an asset).
