Mission

In this strategic position, you will work closely with the IT leadership team and internal stakeholders to ensure the stability, performance, and security of the company’s technology environment.
Your mission: take ownership of critical systems (servers, cloud, networking), optimize them, secure operations, and actively contribute to the company’s technological evolution.

Responsibilities
• Ensure the performance, availability, and security of IT infrastructure: servers, network, telecommunications, and monitoring tools.
• Administer Azure and Microsoft 365 environments, including Power Apps and BI platforms.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN networks (Aruba, Fortinet) to guarantee stable and secure connectivity.
• Actively participate in technology projects as a technical contributor or subject matter expert (SME).
• Manage backup and disaster recovery systems, including regular testing to ensure business continuity.
• Provide Level 3 support, diagnose complex incidents, and resolve recurring problems.
• Contribute to IT governance related to security, access management, backups, compliance, and change management.
• Build and maintain dashboards to monitor network performance (outages, availability, traffic, security, etc.).

Your profile

We’re looking for a specialist who can navigate infrastructure, networking, security, and IT projects with strong operational discipline.
Your strengths:
• 5+ years of experience in IT, mainly in system and network administration.
• Strong expertise in Windows Server, Microsoft 365, PowerShell, and VMware.
• Knowledge of cloud environments (Azure), Linux, or SQL.
• Solid understanding of LAN/WAN networking and telecommunications equipment.
• Bilingualism required: advanced French and intermediate English (internal and external interactions).
• Strong diagnostic, documentation, optimization, and security skills.
• Autonomous, detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative.
