My name is Caroline, and I am a recruitment consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in finance. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent positions on Montreal's South Shore. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and understands your world. We cover accounting, finance, and payroll positions.
I am looking for an Accounts Receivable Technician for my client based on the South Shore. This is a permanent position in hybrid mode.
Mission
- Manage the full accounts receivable cycle and customer collections.
- Enter payments received into SAP and perform account reconciliations.
- Process customer deductions, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with payment terms.
- Open customer accounts, conduct credit investigations, and manage credit limits and credit insurance.
- Respond to requests from customers and internal teams and maintain good business relationships.
- Monitor performance metrics (DSO, deductions, etc.), participate in process improvement projects and technology initiatives.
Your profile
- DEC or AEC in accounting, administration, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of SAP (a significant plus).
- Fluency in both French and English is required.
- A detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated individual with strong teamwork skills.
PROCESS: Initial interview with Caroline Vansteene, Recruitment Consultant, followed by an interview with the HR Consultant.
