Mission
Your role as Manager, Accounting Operations and Treasury will make a real difference within the team.
Your upcoming challenges
- Supervise and manage the accounts payable team, trust accounts, and other accounting operations
- Optimize and manage the department processes under your responsibility
- Take charge of process improvements related to accounting operations and treasury
- Manage the corporate credit card process, including monthly reconciliation of disbursements
- Be responsible for producing government reports and filings (GST and QST)
- Supervise the management of treasury activities
- Exercise control over trust account transactions
- Contribute to the management of the company’s credit facility
- Act as a resource person for financial institutions
- Coordinate the month‑end process
- Prepare recurring and non‑recurring journal entries as well as month‑end reports
- Participate in the preparation of the annual audit
- In collaboration with the Corporate Controller, resolve issues related to accounting operations (accounts payable, expense accounts, treasury)
- Collaborate with other team members on various projects and on the continuous improvement of accounting processes
Your profile
Do you recognize yourself in the following?
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting (CPA designation is an asset);
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position and experience in employee management;
- Bilingual (French and English);
- Knowledge of Elite 3E, an asset;
- Advanced knowledge of Excel.
