Mission
To support our growth, we are looking for a rigorous Financial Controller. Under the direction of the Vice President of Finance, you will be the conductor of the financial health of the entities entrusted to you, ensuring the reliability of data while supporting the evolution of our processes.
Your Responsibilities (What you will do on a daily basis)
• Supervise, mentor, train, and retain an accounting team
• Plan, direct, and coordinate all operational functions related to accounting
• Ensure the integrity of financial data required to accurately perform consolidated corporate accounting
• Assess and optimize existing administrative processes as well as internal controls
• Coordinate and prepare internal and external financial statements
• Coordinate activities with external auditors
• Provide management with essential information to support informed decision‑making
• Manage the budgeting process
• Evaluate current accounting activities, offer recommendations for improvement, and implement new processes
• Assess accounting systems and internal control systems
• Develop and monitor company performance metrics
• Oversee regulatory obligations, which often include tax planning and compliance
• Supervise payroll
Your profile
Your Assets (What you bring)
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in administration, accounting, or a related field
• Professional designation: Completed CPA designation
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years in accounting, including at least 2 years in a management role
• Industry expertise: Experience in a multi‑entity environment and in the professional services sector
• Technical skills: Strong command of budgeting and financial forecasting
• Languages: Fluent bilingualism (French and English)
• Valuable assets: Knowledge of NetSuite
• Mastery of innovative technological tools: You demonstrate genuine curiosity for artificial intelligence and actively integrate AI tools into your daily work to optimize your methods
