Mission

We are currently looking for a Customs & Logistics Coordinator for one of our clients located in Montreal. The company operates in the international trade sector and offers specialized services in import and export logistics.

Main Responsibilities:

- Coordinate customs clearance processes for all import/export shipments.
- Prepare, verify, and process required documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, and government agencies to facilitate timely and efficient clearance.
- Provide support to clients and assist with customs or logistics inquiries.
- Track shipments and manage any unforeseen operational issues.
- Maintain updated client records and logistics information in the system.
- Work proactively to identify opportunities for process improvement in customs and compliance.

Your profile

- Degree in logistics, transportation, international trade, or related field.
- Relevant experience in customs coordination, import/export, or customer service in the logistics field.
- Strong organizational skills and great attention to detail.
- Comfortable with MS Office tools; experience with TMS or customs software is a plus.
- Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in French and English — required for communicating with international clients and partners.
