We are looking for a Procurement & Logistics Coordinator to support operations in a strategic and hands-on way at our client’s warehouse in Anjou.

Your Responsibilities

Procurement Management

Analyze purchasing needs in collaboration with project managers and technicians

Select and order goods according to needs and budget constraints

Maintain Integration inventory levels

Enter supplier quotes and ensure accuracy

Analyze margins, sales, and recommend adjustments

Participate in supplier negotiations (pricing, terms, logistics)

Monitor actual costs and optimize purchase margins

Communicate professionally and represent the company with partners

Project Coordination

Prepare required items according to installation schedules

Manage product lifecycle and suggest necessary updates

Track equipment reservations, shipments, and returns

Leadership & Collaboration

Promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement

Encourage team participation in problem-solving

Demonstrate positive, fair, and engaged leadership

Your profile

DEC in Administration, Logistics, or related field, or equivalent experience

2 to 3 years of relevant experience

Comfortable with inventory and procurement tools (Sage 300, Excel)

Bilingual in French and English (oral and written)

Knowledge of dTools (an asset)

Valid forklift license (an asset)
