Technicien Comptable (20h/semaine, temps partiel)

Je travaille sur deux types de recrutement : temporaire et permanent sur l’Ile de Montréal. Notre équipe d’experts en finance parle votre langue et opère dans votre monde. Nous couvrons les métiers de la comptabilité, de la finance et de la paie.
Je recherche un Technicien Comptable pour une PME dans le secteur de recherche scientifique. Il s'agit d'un poste permanent à Dorval (20h/semaine).
Mission
Key Responsibilities
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
• Bank reconciliations and cash management
• Assist with banking and financing-related activities
• Maintain accurate financial records using Sage 50
• Support full-cycle accounting processes
• Process bi-weekly payroll for approximately 10 employees
• Prepare and organize financial information for external finance partners and management
• Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems
• Provide administrative and accounting support as required
Votre profil
Qualifications
• Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a similar role
• Knowledge of full-cycle accounting principles
• Experience using Sage 50 is strongly preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision
• Bilingual (English and French) with the ability to work in an English-speaking environment
• Professional, dependable, and proactive approach
