Mission
As part of their logistics team, we are looking for a logistics clerk who will work mainly with their instrumentation equipment.
Responsibilities :
-Prepare orders according to items on pick list
-Print shipping labels
-Take care of shipping
-Unpack boxes upon receipt of equipment orders
-Inform various parties of any changes related to order fulfillment
-Verify orders received (check packing slips)
-Receive orders in the JDEdwards system
-Place material in the warehouse in an optimal manner;
-Ensure compliance with all company Health and Safety standards.
Your profile
Qualifications:
-Secondary V diploma or equivalent
-2 years of relevant experience in a similar position
-Forklift experience an asset;
-Knowledge of Microsoft computer systems (Word, Excel), ERP (JDEdwards, SAP);
-Bilingualism (French, English, spoken and written) essential;
-Positive, proactive and dynamic attitude;
-Sense of responsibility for the good condition of equipment and safety in the workplace;
-Team spirit;
-Thoroughness and attention to detail;
-Must be able to lift minimal loads when picking orders.
