Mission
Position Overview
I am recruiting on behalf of my client, located in Laval, for a Production Supervisor to join a high-performing team. This is a permanent position with a schedule from 7 AM to 3 PM.
Reporting directly to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for managing a production team and improving manufacturing processes to meet quality and productivity goals.
Main Responsibilities:
-Supervise, lead, and mentor the production team.
-Analyze production issues and implement appropriate solutions.
-Collaborate with other departments (quality, maintenance) to ensure smooth production.
-Optimize processes and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
-Monitor performance indicators and take corrective actions as needed.
-Ensure workplace safety and adherence to quality standards.

-Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
-Attention to detail and strong adherence to procedures.
-Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor the team.
-Experience in production management or manufacturing (3 to 7 years of experience).

Strong proficiency in French.

Working Conditions:
-Salary: $75k to $85k annual gross (based on experience).
-Benefits: 4.25% employer RRSP contribution, full collective insurance, 3 weeks of vacation, and 1 week off at Christmas.
-Schedule: 3 PM to 11 PM, Monday to Friday.
