Mission
I'm looking for a level 1-2 computer support technician for one of our customers in Montreal. This is a permanent, on-site position. Salary varies according to experience ($55,000 to $65,000) - on a 40-hour week basis.
Your missions will be :
• Respond to user support requests by phone, email or in person
• Diagnose and resolve level 1 and 2 hardware and software incidents (PCs, printers, applications, networks, etc.)
• Assist users in the use of software and IT tools
• Prioritize interventions according to urgency and impact on users
• Install, configure and update workstations, peripherals and software
• Document procedures and technical solutions to enrich the internal knowledge base
Your profile
• Degree in computer science or equivalent
• Minimum 2 to 4 years' experience in a similar technical support position
• Good interpersonal skills, good communication skills, team spirit
• Good stress management and ability to remain calm in emergency situations
• Basic network skills (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS) and user account administration (Active Directory) - Office 365
• Knowledge of cloud environments
• Fluency in French
• Knowledge of technical English is an asset
