Mission
I'm looking for an IT coordinator for one of our clients on the south shore of Montreal. This is a permanent, on-site position. The salary offered varies according to experience ($80,000 to $90,000) - on a 40-hour week basis.
Your missions :
- Provide level 1 or 2 technical support to the organisation's employees
- Administer access authorisations, manage licences/software and supervise the organisation's IT assets
- Supervise and manage the ongoing cybersecurity training programme for all employees, through simulations, awareness campaigns and personalised training courses
- Manage and coordinate IT projects involving the integration or improvement of technological tools
- Contributing to the development of the organisation's business processes through automation, the integration of new technological tools, continuous improvement, and the implementation of new operational procedures and internal policies
- Monitor the progress of work, manage costs and supervise the invoicing of various IT subcontractors
- Supervise the induction programme and ongoing training for employees in the use of technological tools, depending on their position
- Working with management as an advisor on technological transformation strategies and improvements to be made
- Maintain a technology watch to identify emerging trends
Your profile
- DEC in computer science.
- At least two years' experience in a similar role (technical support, IT project management, supervision).
- Mastery of Microsoft tools (SharePoint, Office 365, Office Suite, Power BI, Power Automate).
- Have a good level of English (spoken and written) to communicate with colleagues and partners outside Quebec.
- Demonstrate autonomy, adaptability and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and organise work.
- Problem-solving skills, with creative and innovative thinking.
