Mission
Your Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly and year‐end financial statements/reporting packages
• Daily journal entries entered accurately & in a timely manner to meet deadlines
• Providing value-added analysis for the property
• Responsible in assisting property accountant in preparing the annual budget
• Assist in coordination and data collection for internal and external audits.
• Preparation of bank reconciliations
• Process charges between intercompanies
• Other related duties as is required
Your profile
Your profile :
• Accounting certificate or studies, with 2-5 years’ experience
• Team player, strong interpersonal skills, sense of responsibility and confidentiality
• Demonstrates initiative with strong problem-solving skills
• Detail oriented, meticulous, efficient and able to complete assignments with a high level of accuracy and on a timely basis
• Strong technical/analytical accounting skills
• Able to take ownership of position in a growing company
• Computer literate in MS Office and proficient in Excel; knowledge of Yardi Voyageur is an asset
• Bilingual (necessary to communicate with the different teams, which are both English and French-speaking)
