I'm Fiona, Recruitment and Business Development Consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment consultancy specializing in the recruitment of finance professionals. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent on the South Shore of Montreal. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and operates in your world. We cover accounting, finance and payroll.
I am looking for an accounting technician for a company in the retail sector. This is a permanent position.

Mission

Main duties:
❖Accounts receivable management (billing and payment receipt).
❖Accounts payable management (data entry, payment issuance).
❖Bank and credit card reconciliation.
❖Perform monthly bookkeeping.
❖Closing months and years
❖Assist with accounting year-end preparation
❖Proceed with tax returns and remittances and DAS
❖Document layout in line with company standards
❖Support management in the execution of routine tasks and/or special projects.

❖Financial analysis skills
❖Fast, effective decision-making skills and demonstrated attention to detail
❖Organizational skills and ability to work in a multi-tasking environment under pressure.
