I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent in the Greater Montreal region.

I am looking for an accounting and administration technician, for my client in Montreal. This is a permanent position.
Your responsibilities will be:
Accounting
- Monthly bookkeeping
- Daily processing of accounts payable
- General accounting
- Bi-monthly payroll processing
- T4 preparation
- Validation of timesheets and expenses
- Maintenance of financial records;
- Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports.
General administration
- Corporate event planning
- Management of office supplies, access cards and technological equipment
- Creation and analysis of various company reports
- Other related tasks
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent
- Minimum two years' experience in a similar position
- Experience with Polaris/Replicon an asset
- Proficiency in Office suite software
- Bilingualism in English and French required
- Excellent teamwork skills
