I am Romane, Recruitment and Business Development Advisor at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in recruitment for Finance professions. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent on the South Shore of Montreal. Our team, experts in finance, speak your language and operate in your world. We cover accounting, finance and payroll professions.
I am looking for an Accountant for my client in the agricultural sector. This is a permanent position in Saint-Rémi.
Mission
Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
Prepare bank deposits, general ledger entries
Bank reconciliation of two different currencies and credit cards
Ensure management of accounts payable and receivable
Ensure compliance with payment terms (Customers & Suppliers)
Enter financial transaction data into the accounting system on a daily basis
Monitoring emails and calls related to accounting
Provide assistance and support to company staff
Find, track and restore accounting or documentation issues and
deviations
Enter receipts and make deposits
Prepare and carry out GST & QST remittances
Validate all timesheets, ensure employee payment
Monitor and update monthly forecast, budget, cash flow reports
All other related tasks
Your profile
Hold a DEC or CEC in administration, accounting or any other discipline relevant to
the position;
Have a minimum of 3 and 5 years of business experience in a similar role;
Demonstrate excellent mastery of the Office 365 suite
Excellent command of French and English, both oral and written.
