Mission
I am looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk for my client in the Lanaudière region for a temporary 3-month assignment, with the possibility of permanent employment.
Your duties will include:
- Perform accounts payable data entry
- Receive, analyze and validate invoices
- Manage a high volume of invoices
- Perform 3way matching
- Make supplier payments
- Follow-up with suppliers
- Manage cheques, bank transfers and multi-currencies
- Other related tasks
Your profile
- DEP or DEC in accounting
- Accounting experience
- Bilingualism: French and English (an asset)
- Resourceful
- Versatile
What we offer:
- Salary between $27 and $42 per hour, depending on experience
- Schedule between 35 and 40 hours per week
- Flexible schedule
- Possibility of telecommuting (2 days per week)
