Hi, I'm Christina, Recruitment and Business Development Consultant with Fed Finance, a recruitment agency specializing in finance and accounting. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent in the Greater Montreal area.
Our team of finance experts speaks your language and works in your environment. We cover the finance, accounting and payroll professions.

I'm looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk for my client located in the West of Montrealm in Dorval. This is a permanent position in hybrid mode, 3 days remote.

Your Responsabilities:
• Manage the full accounts payable cycle from receipt of invoices and verification, to payment, including coding invoices, obtaining approval and processing the invoices into the accounting system
• Resolve all invoice discrepancies
• Maintain Accounts Payable filing system and year-end audit files
• Reconcile vendor accounts
• Correspond with vendors regarding accounts payable
• Assist in ad hoc projects as needed.
• Provide support to external and governmental audits
• Assist in documenting procedures

Your profile

Your Profile:
• DEC or DEP in accounting or related subject
• 3 years of AP experience
• Organized, detail-oriented, and autonomous
• Good oral, written and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and with deadlines
• Solid understanding of AP controls, foreign currency transactions and best practices
• Experience with RAMCO (an asset)
• Experience with Microsoft Office (intermediate level Excel)
