My name is Fiona, and I'm a recruitment and business development consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment consultancy specializing in the recruitment of finance professionals. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent on Montreal's South Shore. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and operates in your world. We cover accounting, finance and payroll.

I'm looking for a Financial Analyst for a company in the distribution sector located in Boucherville. This is a permanent position, in hybrid mode.

Mission

Main Responsibilities :
- Establish efficient work methods and coordinate, assign and review the work of clerks who perform the following tasks: administer accounts receivable and accounts payable; verify, process and record financial forms and documents; process and record insurance claims and forms; etc..;
- Support the managers of the ten divisions;
- Ensure accuracy of balance sheet accounts (inventories, assets, etc.)
- Review and verify accuracy of work and authorize routine payments, credits and other transactions;
- Coordinate month-ends/quarters with head office
- Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports;

Your profile

Profile required:
- 2 years' experience in an accounting firm OR 4 years' experience in a company
- CPA designation obtained

PROCEDURE: Initial interview with Fiona Moulin, recruitment consultant, followed by a second interview with the financial controller.
